I am taking:

whey protein ( of course)
glutamine (mhp)
multi active sport (mhp multi vitimis)

thats it for now, i think im getting enough bcaa from the whey and glutamine

im wondering about think like

testosterone boosts??? for people in chairs, being good or bad? reading about how your body makes testosterone is making me think i might need to try some?
