hey guys, i just found out about the all so common shoulder injury people in manual wheelchair get, and can alread see that im working my front shoulder to much, and that it is much bigger then the back. to help prevent it, i read i need to balance out and build up my rear delt.
Do you have any good workouts that will focuse on the rear more then the front, i need about three or four i can do?
