Protein Powers... Which ones ever gave you stomach problems?

When I first took Monster Muscle it messed with my stomach pretty bad LOL but I adjusted that week.

I talked to one guy tonight that's a Para and he said Muscle Milk got to his stomach pretty bad.

The more I talk to those in chairs, we have more problems than everybody else LOL

The dymatize 12 hour protein is a blend and it contains soy. I wish that I could tolerate soy. I did use the whole tub morning and night with alot of distress.

My favorite protein powder is nitro core 24 by ON. I dont even like the brand much "ON" I mean, but the carmel toffee fudge-nitro core 24 tastes so f*&in good and I wanted something for first thing and before bed. For pre and post workout I use NOW whey isolate because it is the cheapest isolate without aspartame or acesulfame or that bs.

I like Coffee ON, they only sale it on bodybuilding.com And the Caisin (spelling) whey, vanilla,
cookies and cream has a plastic, chemical taste.

Now wpi ,anything with those artificial sweeteners (asulfamite k,sucrolose or aspertame) is rat poison and kills your digestion,shame shame,things the FDA dont tell you

Oh man, thats just another thing to worry about. Sh&*t nitro core 24 has sucrolose. Sucrolose can reduce your intestinal flora by 50%, that is especially bad for us wheelchair users. FU%$ THAT! Does anyone know of a slow digesting protein for morning and night that doesnt have bad sheet in it? I am glad I didnt do my monthly order yet.
