I'm a Big Fan of the Bench Press! I was all about having the biggest bench. Anymore it isn't about how much I bench, but how much I look like I can bench :D
For the last past month I trained heavy in the Smith Machine stoping about 2 Inches from touching my Chest and 3 Inches from Lockout. I did that because it is the "Chest Zone" keeping the muscle in constant contraction. The bottom 2 inches brings in more shoulder the lower you go and more triceps the higher you go.
Now i'm back doing Bench in the smaller squat rack setting the safety bars so I can do regular bench without spotters. *This compound movement is one of the best exercises that puts mass on my chest.:cool::cool::cool:

I really like dips(weighted of course) because it works your triceps really good if you can stay upright. I also like straight arm, front lateral raises, because they are so, so f%$#ing hard and I just know they are blasting my deltoid caps.

Hmm I think I like doing preacher curls the best. This the one thing that I have really seen improvement on. My arms are way bigger than the ever were. I also love flat benching and lat pulldowns.

Bench press for me,then flys cause my chest is wimpy
