Yes! It is really awesome and it will help those that are in the Wheelchairs. They now have a 4lb Speed Bag

If you have Cerebral Palsy or can use your legs, a nonelectrical bike hand/leg / spin is better because of momentum unlike electric that sticks on every rotation, belt or chain driven is better no matter the setting. It goes smoother.
