I am finding my left arm to be a lot weaker than the right. For example I can crank out curls with my right arm, but the left with the same weight is a lot harder. Should I be doing extra reps to try and build my left arm? What is everyone's thought on this?

Strength train with low reps 4-6 or even lower and use heavy heavy weight. Give plenty of rest in between workout sessions when strength training not just a couple days maybe even a week and move up the weights your next session.

Do barbell curls and cable curls and other exercises together that way your arm will catch up. Focus on your nutrition and supplements that way you repair the tissue damamge quicker from the training.
