I am doing the low carb thing and my trainer hates that diet. I want to know about the kind of diet your on for building strength and endurance.

For strength and endurance you need carbs. That's basically your fuel like gas for a car. Go with complex carbs such as oats, sweet potato, whole grains...
Typically, when people reduce carbs they are trying to cut weight and trim down by tricking the body into going after stored energy (fat).

Titans is right. Depending on what your goal is, will depend on how many carbs you need. What is your goal? Are you training for a competion or show or event, if so what is it and how long do you have?
