Okay, so I do chest triceps and shoulders on wednesday, back biceps and shoulders on sunday and armbike cardio on mon, tues, thurs and saturday. I dont like giving shoulders their own day because it makes me very sore on my sundays or wednesdays. So I do a split of shoulder work amongst those two days. Need some experienced feedback.

I may not be the best, but you can look at my pics and my gains over the years.
MON. Legs or cardio
TUES. Chest/ bi's
WED. Off/ cardio
THURS. Shoulders/ tri's
FRI. Back
cardio 45 min at 1 time, you can do it more than once a day w/ hours in between, if you go over 50 you burn muscle and min fat.
this is not my personal advice, this is what many pro's do and keep growing. look for advice to take, not to confirm yourself.

The above is similar to mine except i'm doing HIIT cardio on the arm cycle.

Monday = Chest/Tri's/Abs (Only 1 or 2 workouts on Triceps since its secondary to my chest workouts. My ab workouts are 4 sets, 15 reps on crunch machine and ab rotation machine.)

Tuesday = Arm cycle HIIT Cardio (30 min with 5 min. warm up and 2 min. cool down)

Wednesday = Shoulder/Traps

Thursday = Arm cycle HIIT Cardio

Friday = Back/Bi's/Abs (Same as triceps only a couple Bi workouts due to secondary use with back workouts)

Saturday = HIIT

Sunday = Rest and relaxation ;)

yes and it's best, as long as you keep it 45min to 50. and intense, you will keep the muscle and burn the fat.

Say I eat about 240 grams of protein in food and supplements and about 34 grams of amino acids, would that be 274 grams of my protein recommended?

in the 90's and even now, some say to match your weight to grams of protein and your body can take so much at one time. I say BULL, go double your body weight in gr. of protein per 14 hours, middle of the night, if you can take in more, just keep it reg,

it's not hard to do, if your driven and this is what you want.
meals-
1st end by 7 am.
2nd end by 9:30 am
3rd end by 12 - 12:30am
4th end by 2:30
5th end by 6 pm
6th 8pm

should I drink like half my protein carb shake after lifting heavy, prior to cardio and then the rest or?

Wide Grip Pulldowns
Hammer machine rows
Dumbells rows

Day 2
Chest
Bench press w/dumbells
Incline dumbell press
peck deck

Day 3
Bi and tri
Dumbells curl (alternate)
Preacher Curl
Overhead Dumbell Extensions
Concentration curl
Triceps kickback
Rope Pushdowns

Day 4
Shoulders
Militar press
lateral rices
Shoulders flys
Dumbell rows to the chin...
